Dr. Romeo V. Bato is considered as one of Asia’s and the Philippines leading expert in FUE and FUT transplant. Being the resident surgeon of NuHart Hair Transplant Philippines clinic since 2005, he already handled a wide array of cases on hair restoration surgeries. He has performed over a thousand hair restorations to clients of different nationalities, celebrities included. A good number of his clients seek his expertise to correct most blunders done by other hair restoration surgeons using traditional procedural techniques.

He conducts a wider scope of cosmetic surgery procedures including rhinoplasty breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), face lift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), brow lifts, arm lift (brachioplasty), liposuction and fat grafting. Apart from facial and body contouring and rejuvenation, he also performs minimal to non-invasive skin rejuvenations such as Botox®, rhytidectomy, laser resurfacing, contour threads, filler treatments and others.

Dr. Bato attended medical school at the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Manila and completed his residency in General Surgery at the San Juan De Dios Hospital.
 Trained in cosmetic surgery under the renowned cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Wilfredo Salapantan, he also took his medical specialization in hair transplantation at the NuHart Hair Clinic New York and Pittsburgh. He is a member of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), International Member of American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital (AACSH), Fellow of Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery (PAAS), Fellow Philippine Association of Medical Specialists (PAMSINC) and Philippine Society of Liposuction Surgery. Most importantly, he is also a member of the Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a Pan Pacific Aesthetic Institute diplomate.
